〜に(時)

Formationtime expression + に

に fixes an action to a point on the clock or the calendar: at seven, on Monday, in March. It goes with times you could put a number on, which is why 今日 and 明日 normally go bare. Reach for it wherever English would say at, on or in before a specific time.

   It may rain in the evening.

   I go to church every Sunday.

5. その店みせは月曜日げつようびには休業きゅうぎょうです。

   The store is closed Mondays.
