N5 grammar
〜を(通る)
wo
Moving through a space
Formationplace + を + motion verb (歩く, 渡る, 出る)
With verbs of motion, を marks the space you move along or through rather than a thing you act on. A street you walk, a bridge you cross, a room you leave: the place behaves as the object. Same particle, doing a job that surprises anyone who has only met it with eat and buy.
