〜と(一緒に)

Formationperson + と (+ 一緒に) + verb
と ties you to the person you are doing something with: meeting, talking, travelling. 一緒に often turns up alongside it, though the particle alone already carries the meaning. It is the difference between talking to yourself and talking with a friend.
